This recipe for dinner roll is a fairly easy one. Start off by making sure that you have a large mixing bowl in place. Add three and one-half cups of all purpose flour, a quarter cup of salt, and three and one-half cups of cold water. Mix these ingredients thoroughly until they are completely combined. The mixture should be slightly lumpy, which will help to ensure that the dough comes out clean from all of its ingredients.
Next, add one tablespoon of instant yeast to the mixture and start to mix it. Once the yeast bubbles start to rise, it will be time to add the other ingredients to the bowl. One cup of sour cream, one cup of buttermilk, three and one-half cups of all purpose flour, and one tablespoon of raisins.
