You can prepare the easy dinner recipe only within fifteen minutes. The method is not only easy to make but also healthy.

Ingredients

One cup of soy sauce (low-sodium)

Half a cup of chicken stock

One-fourth cup of honey

Two tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Two tablespoons brown sugar

Three cloves minced garlic

One tablespoon sesame oil

One tablespoon cornstarch

One and a half teaspoons sriracha

One teaspoon ginger (grounded)

Half teaspoon red pepper flakes

One pound flank steak (thinly sliced across the grain)

One tablespoon olive oil

One large head broccoli (cut into florets)

How To Make The Dish?

Firstly, take a medium bowl. Then mix broccoli, honey, chicken stock soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, sriacha, red pepper flakes, cornstarch, and water and keep it aside.

Take a large skillet and heat olive oil on medium-high heat and add steak and cook for four minutes, flipping once until it turns brown. Stir soy sauce and broccoli mixture until slightly thickened and cook for three to four minutes. Finally, the delicious easy dinner recipe is ready.

One Pan Healthy Sausage And Veggies

You can make the one-pan healthy sausage and veggies within ten minutes. If you are cooking it with all kinds of herbs, sausages, garlic, parmesan, it will take nearly thirty minutes to prepare the entire dish.

Ingredients

Two cups of red sweet potato

Three-fourth pounds green beans

One large head broccoli (cut into florets)

Two large bell peppers (chopped)

Nine ounces smoked sausage (chicken or turkey)

Six tablespoons olive oil

 Half teaspoon red pepper (flakes)

One teaspoon of paprika

Half teaspoon of garlic powder

One tablespoon dried oregano

One tablespoon dried parsley

Half teaspoon salt

Half teaspoon black pepper

Serve with: quinoa/rice, fresh parsley, and freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Take a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.

Preparation of veggies:  Trim the green beans and halves, chop the bell pepper into thick squares, chop the red sweet potatoes pretty small in pieces, chop the broccoli and coin the sausages into thick slices.

On the large sheet pan with foil, place all the veggies and the sausages over a heat of 400-degree Fahrenheit. Pour all the spices and the olive on top and place the meat on the pan. Stir and toss the veggies and meat until they are perfectly coat.

Cook for fifteen minutes and remove from the oven. Stir all the veggies around. Return to the oven and cook for another fifteen to twenty minutes or until the meat is prepared and the vegetables are crisp-tender, and the sausage is brown. Take it off from the oven top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
