Step By Step Method To Prepare The Dish

Step One

To prepare the buttermilk chicken, take a bowl and add cumin powder, buttermilk, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and maple syrup. Mix them to marinade well. Then, gently mix the marinade in chicken and cool in the refrigerator for two hours.

Step Two

After that line, a baking dish with butter paper and put the chicken legs. Drizzle olive oil and bake it for forty minutes at two hundred degrees. After thirty minutes, take the baking dish and drizzle some more olive oil over the chicken legs. You can brush with maple syrup and bake it again for ten minutes.

Step Three

To prepare the broccoli, you need another pan and add olive oil. Heat it and add garlic flakes and fry it until it turns golden brown. Then add the red chilies, salt, and pepper. Then take another pan and pour a liter of water. Add some salt to the water and boil it. Then chop the broccoli into small florets. Soak the broccoli in the water for two to three minutes. After that, take it out and remove the moisture with the help of a towel.

Step Four

Next, spill some olive oil, salt, and pepper on the broccoli. Take a grill pan and heat it. Add florets following the oil. Grill the florets for a few minutes and flip it regularly to keep it safe from getting burnt. You can serve the dish with garlic and chili sauce. Add almond flakes as toppings.
