Easy Recipes: Caprese Eggplants Steaks

The eggplants do not have much value of its own but are known for its unique taste and other qualities. The easy recipes preparation takes hardly fifteen minutes to cook the food.

Ingredients

Two large Eggplants

Two tablespoons virgin olive oil

Kosher salt

Black pepper (grounded)

One quartered, cherry tomatoes

One cup quartered mini mozzarella balls

One-fourth cup packed basil (pieces)

Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Red pepper flakes (crushed)                                                                                             

Easy Recipes Preparation

Slice the eggplants into long streaks. Preheat the oven on medium-high heat. Add olive oil and season with salt and black pepper on both sides of the eggplants.

For cooking, place the eggplants on the grill for three minutes to tender, for one side. Ingredients

One packet of instant noodles (prepared, chicken flavor)

Three tablespoon coconut milk

Half- teaspoon green curry paste

Juice from one lime

Five slices of jalapeno

One tablespoon roasted peanuts (chopped)

One tablespoon cilantro (chopped)

Preparation

Take a pot and boil the noodles with high heat. After the boiling is ready, add fresh lime juice, green curry paste, and coconut milk. Stir the mixture for three minutes.

Garnish with chopped roasted peanuts, chopped cilantro and the slices of jalapeno.

Tortilla And Lime Noodles

Ingredients

One packet prepared instant noodles

Two tablespoon salsa verde

Half of an avocado (sliced)

Half cup crunchy tortilla strips

One table chopped cilantro

Three sliced radishes

One fresh lime wedges (for garnishing)

Preparation

 Boil the noodles over high heat on a pot. While it is ready, add salsa verde and stir to incorporate.

Garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, tortilla strips, fresh lime wedges, and the sliced radishes.

Bacon And Egg Noodles

Ingredients

One packet of instant noodles (prepared)

Three slices of bacon (chopped)

One egg

One tablespoon green onion (thinly sliced)

Koshar salt

Black pepper (grounded)

Preparation

Cook the bacon first and fry the egg on the bacon fat for added flavor. After boiling the noodles, top it with bacon, fried egg. You can use green onions for garnishing the dish. Add a pinch of pepper and salt for taste. Thus a delicious dish is prepared within minimum time.

One packet instant noodles

One tablespoon peanut butter (creamy)

One teaspoon sesame oil

Two Teaspoon Sriracha

Five slices of jalapeno

One fresh lime wedges to garnish

With the prepare noodles add creamy peanut butter, Sriracha, and sesame oil and stir the mixture.

You can garnish the dish with sliced jalapeno, roasted peanuts, chopped cilantro, and a fresh lime juice. If you want to adjust the spicy level, freely add some Sriracha sauce.
