Two hundred grams of chorizo

800grams of chopped tomatoes

800grams of butter beans (drained)

One tub of pesto

At first, slice the chorizo and place it into a large pan on medium heat. Fry it for five minutes until it turns dark down. Next,  add the butter beans, tomatoes, and boil it for ten minutes. Finally,  mix it with pesto and serve it hot.

Prawn And Salmon Burger With Mayo

These burgers are not only tasty but healthy as well. It takes only twenty-five minutes to prepare.

Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

180grams of peeled and chopped prawns

Four chopped salmon fish

Three chopped spring onions

One juiced and zested lemons

A small pack of coriander

Sixty grams of Greek yogurt

Four teaspoons of siracha

Two shredded lettuce

One peeled cucumber

One tablespoon of olive oil

Step By Step Method To Prepare The Dish

At first, take the prawns, salmon, lemon zest, spring onions, and coriander in a food processor to make a paste. Place it in a bowl and mix it with the salmon and remaining prawns. Marinade it and place it in the shape of four burgers and chill for ten minutes.

The next step is to make a mixture of the sauce by adding the chili and yogurt in a small bowl. You need to add some lemon juice for added taste. Then mix the cucumber and lettuce with a little lemon juice and olive oil. Keep it aside.

Take a large pan and heat oil to fry the burgers for three to four minutes on each side. You need to wait for a nice crust while the fish cooks. The burger is ready; you need to serve it with salad and mayo.

Curried Haddock Kedgeree

This is one of the gluten-free quick recipes and takes hardly fifteen minutes to prepare.

Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

500ml of double cream

Ginger grated

Half teaspoon of turmeric

Two teaspoons of cumin

Two teaspoons of garam masala

400grams of haddock fillets(smoked)

300grams of basmati rice (cooked)

200grams of frozen peas

Two large eggs and boil for seven minutes

Chopped coriander

Step By Step Method To Prepare The Dish

Firstly, take a large pan with a lid and pour the cream. Stir the ginger and spices and add the haddock fillets with its skin on the upper side. Put back the top on and slowly boil the cream. Then turn down the heat and cool it down. Take the fish in a dish and remove the skin.

Next, on medium heat pour the spiced cream. Once it’s evenly warm, add the rice and peas. Stir it gently and combine. Cook the rice for three minutes and mix the haddock. You need to keep the large flakes so be careful. Cook for two more minutes and check the haddock if salty. Add black pepper for a better taste.

Finally, add boiled eggs and coriander as toppings. You can serve it hot in a large dish.
